To cancel your rental time or date please contact us within 24 hours before the rental for full refund - no questions asked. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your time, we will need 12 hour notice from your scheduled time or your rental will result in a forfeit of your deposit (50% of rental cost). If there is weather that will make the rental unsafe, you can choose a different date OR be issued a full refund.
